Most Golfers Don't Quit Because of Their Swing....

They stop playing the way they want because their body can't handle the effort and forces anymore

If you've noticed

  • You feel sore for days after a round

  • Your back, hips, or shoulders tighten up mid-round

  • You're swinging harder but not gaining distance

  • You avoid walking 18 because of how your body feels

You're not alone

It's usually a breakdown in mobility, stability, and coordination through your hips, spine, and core.

This Isn't Traditional Chiropractic or Generic PT

Core Performance Chiropractic & Sport is a golf performance and sports rehab clinic that happens to use chiropractic care as one part of a complete movement-based system.

Our approach combines:

  • Hands-on care to restore movement

  • Targeted rehab to rebuild strength and control

  • Golf-specific mobility and rotation training

  • Specific strength programming

  • Neubie neuromuscular re-education to improve how your body functions

The goal is not to provide temporary relief and send you on your way.

The goal is to help you build a body that can move better, perform better, and handle the demands of golf for years to come.

This is built for golfers who want to keep playing and perform better while doing so!!

What Happens During Your Golf Specific Evaluation???

This is not a quick adjustment or generic session.

During your evaluation, we will...

  • Identify what's actually limiting your swing

  • Assess rotation through your hips, spine, and shoulders

  • Break down mobility vs stability restriction

  • Show you what's causing pain, stiffness, or loss of power

  • Map out a clear plan to improve performance and durability

If it's a good fit, we'll walk you through exactly what it will take to get you playing at a higher level

Our goal isn't just to "help you feel better"

It's to help you:

  • Play multiple rounds per week without breaking down

  • Swing freely with better rotation and less restriction

  • Gain distance without forcing your swing

  • Stay active long-term without constantly managing pain

Who we work with

We've worked with:

  • Professional players looking to maintain consistency throughout the season

  • Recreational golfers trying to stay active and pain-free

  • low to mid-handicap players looking to improve performance

  • Former high-level athletes transitioning back into golf

  • Individuals who've tried stretching, massage, or PT without lasting results

Alex Lee at Core Performance has been a game changer for me. He helped unlock mobility in my shoulder and back, which allowed me to finally complete a full golf swing and noticeably increase both my swing speed and distance. Any golfer looking to improve their game and stay pain-free would benefit from Alex’s advanced technology and expertise.

- Chance M.

Just wanted to start off by saying the experience I’ve had over the last three months has been amazing. Dr. Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout my injury rehab process and has been very informative as well. I’ve learned a lot that I’ll be able to carry with me moving forward...The process is definitely worth it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering physical therapy especially athletes. Dr. Alex really understands how to help you recover, improve, and get back to where you need to be.

Our Most Common Questions

Will this actually help me?

If your limitation are coming from mobility, stability, or movement inefficiencies, this type of approach is often what's missing. The only type of people we have not been able to help, are those that do not put in the work.

Do you take insurance?

Our number one priority with our golf program is to help you enjoy the game more. Whether that be helping you shoot lower scores, feel less pain and stiffness during or after a round, or even just driving the ball further.

The truth is, the insurance system isn’t designed to improve your performance on the course. It is designed to do as little as possible in an attempt to make a covered symptom “feel” better. Ultimately this means, THEY dictate what we can and can’t do. Which means, performance and playing more are off the table.

Are you changing my swing?

No! We are not here to change your swing or even give you pointers on swing mechanics. Our focus is purely on helping your body move better. The reality is that the majority of swing faults arise because our body can't move in the way that we are telling it to. By addressing this, we are able to improve not only how you feel on the course, but also see improvement with speed and distance. The simple reason, a body that moves better, performs better

You're a Chiropractor, what do you know about improving my golf game?

Honestly I get this a lot and here's the truth. Golf was actually the first sport that I ever played, first swinging a club when I was around 3 yrs old. Following my collegiate baseball career, the only right thing was to jump back into this great game. Currently I play off a 4HCP. Now about my understanding of golf performance. Following my time in chiropractic school, I have invested countless hours in the realms of human movement and strength training with an emphasis on golf. This includes completing the Level 2 course work through the Titleist Performance Institute.

I only play occasionally, how would this help?

We have worked with everyone. From the once a month weekend hacks, to top ranked junior players, and even with some former PGA tour players. The reality is improving your bodies movement pattern will help, regardless of your skill level.
